History of Company
Judith Davis has
been managing Penyards Property Management since 1990 when
it was then part of Penyards Estate Agents.
In 1995 Judith and Alan Davis bought the company and
it has been run as a separate business both financially and
business-wise since then.
The company moved from 21 to 23 Southgate Street in 2005 and
now takes pride of place in its own three story period
building opposite the Hotel du Vin.
Also in 2005 the Partnership took over the well-established
and renowned portfolio of Rosemary Gould Property Management.
The team of 13 employees are carefully chosen and then
highly trained both in-house and by the Association of
Residential Letting Agents.
The Partnership prides itself on the quality of service
offered to its clients and has built up the business through
recommendation and a constant reference to its Mission
Statement:
“To exceed the expectations of our clients by offering
the highest quality property management and letting service
in Hampshire through encouraging the individual employee to
realise their full potential”
