Penyards Lettings and Management have offered a specialist management service to blocks of flats and similar leasehold estates for many years; our first instruction in Winchester was received in 1997. Focussed on the needs of the leaseholders to meet their obligations, but with the minimum of their own direct action or intervention, Penyards are able to take on the management of the buildings and their grounds, their company obligations and handle longer term planning and provision.
